The Laymen's League

The Laymen's League is an male lead ministerial organization that enlist and coordinate both the men of the local congregation for an effective performance of essential Christian activities both within the community and in the church. Gary Hamrick is both the Laymen's League and Royal Ambassadors coordinator at GBBC. He works hard to cultivate the Christian life of laymen through study, worship, fellowship and service. They reach out to un-churched men for fellowship in and service through the church and to bring unsaved men into vital relations with God in Christ through personal commitment to Him. To inspire men to support the total program of the Church in the local congregation, the community, the denomination and the world.

Royal Ambassadors of GBBC

Royal Ambassadors (RA) is an exciting and fun-filled missions education organization for boys in grades 16. RA is just one of the missions education organizations offered by Woman's Missionary Union (WMU). WMU provides a full line of resources for RA and other age-level organizations. Through RA, boys gain a greater understanding of God's work in the world and how they can join Him in His work.

RAs learn about the world, pray for the world, and learn how they can be used to tell others about God's Son, Jesus. An ambassador can be defined as a messenger or representative—someone who tells or reveals truth. Royal Ambassadors seek to share the truth that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life.
